The CNC horizontal machining center is designed for multi-face precision machining, capable of performing milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and other complex operations on four sides of a workpiece in a single setup. Widely used in defense, aerospace, automotive, mold making, and general machinery manufacturing, this HMC is ideal for machining box-type parts, housings, discs, and irregular-shaped components. With its horizontal spindle orientation and rotary worktable, the machining center supports multi-process operations with high precision and production efficiency, especially for parts requiring tight tolerances and reduced setups.

High Precision

All X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with hollow-core cooling ball screws, effectively reducing thermal deformation during high-speed motion. Integrated temperature compensation uses thermal sensors placed at key structural points to automatically adjust axis positions, ensuring consistent machining accuracy.

High Speed

The machining center features a built-in motorized spindle with a top speed of 12,000 rpm and two-stage internal gear shifting, supporting both low-speed cutting and high-speed finishing. High-rigidity linear guideways on all axes allow rapid feed rates up to 60 m/min. The dual-arm automatic tool changer enables quick tool swaps in just 2 seconds, maximizing efficiency.

Structural Stability

The entire machining center base is constructed from resin-sand castings, with a one-piece casting for the bed. The column, saddle, and table move on this rigid foundation, while the rotary worktable and ATC mechanism are fixed to the machine body that enhances its structural integrity. Finite element analysis (FEA) during the design phase ensures optimal load distribution and vibration resistance.
